Police are using social media to post statistics keeping people up to date with their activity.
Today (Monday), the constabulary’s Facebook page showed there were 22 arrests over the weekend with 159 calls from residents asking for help.
There were also four arrests for drink-driving, something Inspector Derek Flint describes as 'disappointing'.
He’s keen to use social media to provide information to the public and will continue posting the figures:
Island callers face phone issues registering organ donation
Body cameras for social workers ruled out
