Police want to speak to two men whose charity fundraising efforts in the Onchan area have drawn complaints from members of the public.
Officers say anybody approached by collectors should make sure they have a valid licence and appropriate identification.
If you can help the investigation you are asked to ring the Eastern Neighbourhood Policing Team on 675190, or speak to any officer.
