
An outspoken MP best known for controversy and the strength of his convictions is visiting the Isle of Man this week.
George Galloway was one of the most vocal opponents of the UK government's decision to join the American invasion of Iraq a decade ago, a stance which ultimately resulted in his expulsion from the Labour Party.
Now back in parliament representing the Respect party, Mr Galloway will speak at the Gaiety Theatre on Wednesday in an event organised by the Isle of Man Sporting and Dining Club.
