New service hopes to ease parcel worries
Worries about lost Christmas parcels could become a thing of the past, with the launch of a new service by the Isle of Man Post Office.
Improvements to the online Track & Trace system have made it clearer to see where packages from local and overseas senders are, using a unique code.
If post is missed, re-deliveries can also be arranged online from two days in advance.
A new 'What Can I Expect?' button also alerts customers to deliveries that may be incoming.
The deadline for Manx post to the UK in time for Christmas is Thursday, 21 December.
