
Talks to try and secure the future of Ramsey’s crown post office are progressing well.
So says one of the town’s MHKs, Chief Minister Allan Bell.
The planned closure of the offices in Douglas and Ramsey were last month put on hold for three months following an emergency debate in the House of Keys.
Ahead of a protest march in Ramsey this lunchtime (Saturday), Mr Bell said decision makers are very aware of the strength of public feeling – although there are no promises.
