A festive lantern parade will take centre stage through the streets of Douglas this evening (Thursday).
The colourful sight will move through the town centre to the Villa Marina Arcade where there will be Christmas carols on the Wurlitzer, mulled wine and mince pies.
The parade was due to be held last week but was postponed because of bad weather.
Those taking part are asked to meet in Nelson Street at 6.45pm, for a 7pm start.
