
Householders in the north of the Island were without power for a time last night (Sat)
There was a problem with supplies after a fault developed in the Cranstall area around 10.30pm
Engineers had to switch off the power at a number of substations around Bride and the Point of Ayre in order to try and fix the problem, but their work was hampered by the bad weather.
All supplies were eventually restored around 1.45am
