People unfit through drink and drugs, says LVA
People turning up to pubs in no fit state to go in are being blamed for a spike in aggressive and abusive behaviour towards staff.
The Licensed Victuallers Association it's been looking at the matter since around Christmas, and it seems to have got even worse this year.
There's a reminder the penalties for committing an offence against a licensee or their staff are heavy, and can often result in jail time.
