Work expected to take up to seven months
Part of a street in Douglas will close this morning (Monday) as work begins on a major new hotel development.
The Island’s first Premier Inn is being constructed on a private car park behind Marks and Spencer in Market Street.
Dandara is developing an 85-bedroom hotel with restaurant and bar with work expected to be complete in late July.
Part of Market Street will be shut and a one-way system suspended for the rest of the route.
