Skelly's first in new role after election last July
The President of Tynwald says there will be 'no greater honour' than taking part in today's sitting of the court.
Laurence Skelly is the fifth person to hold the post after being elected in July last year.
Today new Acts of Tynwald will be promulgated, and captioned in both English and Manx, in the final part of the Manx legislative process.
