Planning application doesn't specify how many properties could be built
A housing developer is seeking approval in principle for a new development in Union Mills.
Dandara's application doesn't specify how many new homes it's looking to build at land adjacent to the Main Road at Trollaby Lane.
The area is currently zoned as agricultural land, and the application states the company wants approval for a residential development with access from Main Road.
Changes would be made to improve access, such as amendments to kerbs and the inclusion of a pedestrian and cyclist crossing.
