Ease conditions for rising older population
It's time to prioritise dementia care; strategising to make life more comfortable for sufferers as cases rise in an aging population.
Those words from the Health and Social Care Minister - who's leading the way in identifying solutions to subsidise the cost to government.
Kate Beecroft is now in talks with UK not-for-profit organisation, Belong; looking to find land in the Isle of Man for a dementia village.
Belong has amassed over 20 years experience in the sector, with five other successful communities across the North West of England.
If it's to work alongside the DHSC; it would need to compete for the tender.
