Rival groups make a stand outside UCM
A pro-life demonstration outside University College Isle of Man yesterday was spreading misinformation about abortion, according to a student who was against the protest.
Banners and graphic images were displayed as anti-abortion activists gathered outside the front gate.
It prompted students with opposing views to start a counter-protest.
Nineteen-year-old Ambrose told Manx Radio he feels the location of the initial demonstration was inappropriate:
