Stones targeted repeatedly
Help is being sought to solve a mysterious, repeated act of vandalism in the south of the Island.
The boundary wall of Port St Mary golf course on Fistard Road has had its capstones pushed in a number of time over the past year.
The attacks appear to take place in evenings during the summer months, leading police to suspect children may be involved.
Over the past year some 20 metres of walling has had to be repaired at a cost to ratepayers of £3,500.
The commissioners say the attacks have left them dumbfounded as to why anyone would do this
If you know anything about the damage call Alastair Hamilton at Port St Mary town hall on 832101, or Castletown police station on 822222.
