Office was only staffed by one admin officer
The Isle of Man Constabulary may have closed its Pulrose office - but it won't prevent service in the area; according to chief inspector, Darrill Pearson.
Located in Heather Crescent, the building was only staffed by one administrative officer on weekdays - there to take enquiries from local residents.
That officer has now been moved to Police Headquarters.
Chief Inspector Pearson says crimes have reported only six times there in 12 months.
He says it's unlikely to cause a problem:
Warning over flare disposal after amenity site fire
Suspended sentence for 56-year-old in cannabis supply case
Owner of a block of flats fined for failing to meet fire safety regulations
