DHSC went £9.9m over budget last year
The Health and Social Care Minister has defended an overspend of almost £10 million by his department over the last year.
Howard Quayle said the DHSC is working to reduce expenditure - but some costs are both unforeseen and unavoidable.
This week, Tynwald unanimously approved an extra £9.9 million of funding to cover the spillover.
