The exhausted racing pigeon was found by the harbour in Peel after apparently being blown off course during Monday's heavy winds.
She'd been flying from South Wales to Carrickfergus in Northern Ireland.
Aileen Fraser who found the pigeon close to Peel harbour, says she's spoken to the bird's owner and whilst it isn't injured she hopes someone will be able to give Percy a lift home.
