44-year-old denies committing offence
A Ramsey man will stand trial after being accused of drug driving.
Phillip Ian Peel, of Bircham Avenue, denies the offence.
The 44-year-old allegedly drove his Jaguar, on Circus Beach in Douglas on 14 January, whilst he had cannabis in his system.
A pre-trial review will take place on 5 September; he’s been bailed until then.
