Ramsey marine life to be showcased

Public invited to science and art display

The unique marine life of Ramsey will be explored through science and art today (Saturday).

Ramsey Town Hall will be transformed into an underwater world showcasing Ramsey bay - the island’s only marine nature reserve and an area designated special status by UNESCO.

From 10am until 4pm, there’ll be a chance to be involved in art, marine biology, poetry and drama with activities including storytelling, marine creature making, art installation and cup cakes decoration with a marine theme.

Marine biologists will also screen an underwater tour of Ramsey bay.
