Rare chance to see scientific site

Explore biodiversity in west

There's a rare chance to see one of the Island's most ecologically important areas next week.

Creglea Farm in Dalby is listed as one of 21 national Areas of Special Scientific Interest by government.

A week tonight (13 June), officials from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture will lead up to 30 members of the public through the privately-owned land.

Visitors are being promised a sight of rich grassland, flora, fauna and habitats.

For more information and to register for the tour, you can call DEFA's senior biodiversity officer Richard Selman on 695740, or email richard.selman@gov.im.
