Quayle insists multiple elements impact rates
Rate rises across the Island are in proportion, according to chief minister Howard Quayle.
It follows the announcement that Ramsey rates are set to rise by 9.6% - the highest so far.
This compares to just 1.66% in Port Erin, and 0.5% in Braddan.
Mr Quayle says there are a number of elements to consider:
Bed shortages at Noble's are 'no threat' to TT 2026
Updates planned to beneficial ownership framework
Commissioners say residents left in 'void' over plans for onshore windfarm
Charity ball in Douglas to support air ambulance and neonatal care
