Remembrance Day report

The Island paused at the eleventh hour today, to remember.

On the 90th anniversary of the end of World War I, a number of services were held to honour those who have given their lives for their country.

This morning the focus was the service at St Thomas' Church in Douglas.

John Moss reports (audio file attached):

The Act of Remembrance held at St John's this afternoon included the traditional wreath laying ceremony at the National War Memorial (pictured).
