Julie Edge worked at one of the Island's schools prior to becoming a politician.
The chief minister said the report, which was published last month, was "not a nice read."
Ms Edge - who has two questions for Howard Quayle on the topic in the House of Keys tomorrow (Tuesday, 13 October) - thinks that didn't come as a surprise:
Red Arrows reduced to seven jets ahead of TT display
Police arrest biker caught doing "more than 100mph in a 50mph zone"
