T2T has assisted in disasters around globe
A group of retired firefighters from across Britain is volunteering to come to the Island to help with Laxey's clean-up operation.
T2T, also known as Tunnel to Towers, offers assistance at major incidents, helping in the recovery phase, thanks to experience from previous careers with Fire and Rescue services.
The group assisted through such disasters as Hurricane Sandy in New York, the Bosnian and Serbian Floods, and is now offering to come to the Island, free of charge, to help in the aftermath of this week's torrential flooding in Laxey.
