MHK says Island households have 'extra hurdle' compared to UK homes
An MHK believes making Manx homes more energy efficient in a bid to reduce carbon emissions will be more expensive for local residents than those in the UK.
Douglas East member Joney Faragher says a lack of suppliers to retrofit homes with greener technology gives the Island an extra hurdle.
