Launch event held at Manx Museum
An official launch event has been held at the Manx Museum for the reopening of the National Art Gallery.
The artwork on display has been expanded with some 130 pieces making it the largest collection to date.

Lieutenant Governor Sir John Lorimer, who delivered a speech at the launch event, says the gallery is an excellent exhibit, showcasing a 'social history' of the Isle of Man:

Juan Moore's artwork 'Where is my Mind?' is one of the pieces on display in the 'People' section of the gallery.
The National Art Gallery at the Manx Museum is open daily 9:30am until 4:30pm, free entry.
