More work needed to reduce crashes on Manx roads
A Middle MHK wants more work to be done to reduce the number of crashes on the Island's roads.
Bill Shimmins raised the matter during Tynwald questions yesterday.
The home affairs minister told him public safety was as important as tackling financial crime, protecting vulnerable people and preventing drugs being brought to the Island.
Speaking to Manx Radio during a break from the sitting, Mr Shimmins said he was pleased with the update which had been provided:
Onchan Commissioners organise drop-in session about offshore windfarm
Treasury told to look again at FOI request into Former Nurses' Home
MHK to present territorial waters petition on behalf of campaigner
Temporary units approved for 'critical dialysis' service in north
