Ronaldsway reopens

Ronaldsway Airport reopened at lunchtime today, and services were running normally again for the first time since Saturday.

The latest volcanic ash cloud from Iceland caused problems from first thing this morning, then the cancellation of all flights to and from the Island for about five and a half hours.

However, airport director Anne Reynolds confirmed things were back to normal just after 1pm.
