RPU makes speed arrests in Laxey

All age groups guilty of speeding

Police have made a number of arrests for driving at speed in Laxey - saying the level of lawlessness on the roads there is surprising.

Some were handed a £120 fine with added points on their licence, others were deferred for a Juvenile Traffic Scheme.

Drivers were also referred directly to the courts.
