A Douglas restaurant has been named one of the best in Britain.
The Millennium Saagar was one of eleven establishments to win major prizes at last night's British Curry Awards in London.
It took the trophy as Best Curry Restaurant in the North West ahead of three runners-up, two from Lancashire and one from Carlisle.
A host of celebrities and guests were in the audience at the Grosvenor House Hotel to see the awards being presented, including TV and radio presenter Chris Tarrant, chef Gary Rhodes and TV Dragon Peter Jones.
