An MHK is calling for Saddle Road to be resurfaced sooner rather than later, despite being told the route won't be looked at for at least two years.
Douglas South member Claire Christian says the Department of Infrastructure has told her the road needs a full reconstruction.
Due to the expense it would need to be part of the department's capital construction scheme, but won't feature in the next two years.
