Motorists have been driving through the Richmond Hill roadworks at anything up to over 60mph, despite a 30mph speed limit being in place.

Kevin Quine of the DoT says the speeds some cars have been clocked at are 'absolutely ridiculous' and is urging drivers to stick to the limit for everyone's safety.
