Jennie will be the first Ella Olesen Scholarship recipient who won't initially stay with Phyllis and Duane LeTourneau, or Granny and Grandpa Idaho, as they are known.
They have opened their homes to the Manx girls for years, but their age and ill health mean someone else will be looking after Jennie when she first arrives in the United States.
