Treasury Minister keen to see Steam Packet contract simplified
The treasury minister says the Steam Packet Company's contract with government needs to be reviewed.
The Sea Services Agreement was approved in March 2019 following government's purchase of the ferry operator.
It sets out what the Steam Packet is required to provide, including replacement vessels, a fares freeze and improved ports facilities.
