A second teachers' union has voted to accept the education department's pay deal.
Fifty-six per cent of members of the Isle of Man branch of the National Education Union backed the latest terms.
It includes a one-off payment of between £850 and £2,850, depending on the teacher's pay bracket.
A spokesperson for the union said it was a 'move in the right direction'.
