Initiative launched by Locate Isle of Man
An initiative aimed at retaining skilled professionals on the Island has been launched by Locate Isle of Man in collaboration with accountancy firm PwC Isle of Man.
The 2026 Events Series is open to people who have remained, returned or relocated to the Island.
It is made up of two specific categories - the Relocation series which targets anyone who's relocated, and the Connection events which are about bringing young professionals together.
The events are intended to help individuals settle in, make new friends, and feel part of the Island's friendly and vibrant community.
Ann Corlett, Political Member for Locate Isle of Man says attracting and retaining skilled professionals is essential for the Isle of Man's long-tern economic success, as signalled in the Economic Strategy and Island Plan.
By helping people build relationships it can ensure a smoother and more enjoyable transition to Island life.
