Bill bows out in place of three new faces and returning MLC
Three new faces have been appointed to serve in the Legislative Council.
Kirstie Morphet, Gary Clueit and Peter Reid will be sworn-in as MLCs on 11 March.
They were among the 15 people who'd stood for a seat in the upper chamber.
The election, in the House of Keys (4 March), saw off Tynwald’s longest serving member when Bill Henderson lost his seat.
Former MLC Kerry Sharpe found herself in a similar position with only Rob Mercer holding onto his from the three who were all seeking re-election.
John Moss has this report:
The four MLCs will serve until 2030.
