Leave him alone, warn police
Police in the north of the Island have warned dog walkers of an unexpected guest by the seaside.
A seal - who's said to be 'very tired' - is currently enjoying a rest on North Beach, Ramsey, near to the steps of the Grand Island Hotel.
Errant dogs can prove a problem for the marine animals, so they should be kept on a lead if nearby.
Pedestrians should also avoid disturbing it.
The ManxSPCA and Manx Wildlife Trust are aware - the sleepy seal's expected to 'make its own way home' after regaining its strength.
