DoI says it has to protect its commercial interests
The Department of Infrastructure has refused to reveal what issues need to be rectified at the new Isle of Man Ferry Terminal in Liverpool.
It says publishing a ‘snagging list’ would ‘prejudice the department’s ongoing activities’ in relation to the project.
The DoI says it needs to protect its commercial interests as this is an ‘ongoing/live matter’.
The information has been released in response to a Freedom of Information request.
It adds it can’t find information relating to the breakdown of the number of times that the passenger access bridge has been unavailable and the reasons for this.
