
The Speaker of the House of Keys says he believes upholding the traditions of the House are very important.
MHK Steve Rodan, who took over as speaker from Chief Minister Tony Brown, re-instated the wearing of a wig as Speaker - something Mr Brown had chosen to dispense with.
Mr Rodan says the Keys combines "modernity with antiquity" and he's more than aware of the prestigious heritage of the role he fills:
