Residents will be able to chat to the Island's cancer charities
World Cancer Day takes place next week, and this year a special event is being held in the Manx capital.
On 4 February, anyone who is living with or beyond cancer is invited to pop down to the NSC.
If you are thinking about increasing your physical activity, you will have the opportunity to try out some of the classes for free and to chat to the Island's cancer charities.
