STAR service to be held for bereaved parents

Midwives offer space to remember loved ones

Midwives will lead a special service for parents who have lost a child through stillbirth or miscarriage this month.

Organised by staff at Noble's Hospital the STAR (Still Treasured, Always Remembered) service supports bereaved families.

It offers a space to remember lost ones through music, poems and readings.

The service will take place at St Thomas' Church in Douglas on 28 December. It starts at 2pm and is open to all.
