End-of-term party leaves trail of rubbish and glass
Some end of exam celebrations resulted in antisocial behaviour in Peel last night.
Police attended a gathering near the town's old Swimming Pool late yesterday evening (Fri), where a large number of students were reveling with alcohol - leaving smashed glass and litter on the beach.
Officers say a 'small minority' were responsible.
They're urging the individuals to return to the scene today and pick up the debris - but have done a quick of cleanup in the meantime themselves.
Their message - 'Treat Peel and the countryside with the respect it deserves'.
