The National Executive Member of the NASUWT teachers' union on the Isle of Man thinks there is a 'supply crisis' in the industry.

Mr McNulty spoke to Manx Radio en route to Belfast for the annual conference of the NASUWT Teachers' Union, which is taking place this weekend.
Other topics to be discussed include teachers' mental health, pupil indiscipline, and education funding.
