There no plans to scrap the Douglas horse trams – but locals are being urged to support the service.
The town council’s announced it will start two weeks later than normal this summer, as well as finishing a fortnight earlier.
There’ll also be two trams instead of three operating each hour in a reduction which is estimated will save the ratepayer around £40,000.
