
The Royal Manx Agricultural Show enters its second day today, with the top prizes for livestock up for grabs.
The show, at Knockaloe in Patrick, is the largest single event held each year in the Isle of Man.
Thousands are expected through the gates today, and special buses have been laid on from Patrick, Peel and St John’s to alleviate some of the expected traffic congestion.
The day builds up to the crowning of the supreme champion at around 4pm, as Manx Radio’s Countryside presenter John Kennaugh explains:
