Twenty-two-year-old assaulted two women
A 22-year-old man's been spared jail after being convicted of two indecent assaults.
Joe Yeardsley, whose address was given as the Isle of Man Prison, appeared before magistrates at Douglas courthouse on Thursday.
An earlier trial found the assaults took place at a nightclub in the capital on 26 August last year.
After drinking in The Outback, on Barrack Street, Yeardsley demanded a kiss from a woman, grabbing her neck when she refused and kissing her on the lips anyway.
Later, he grabbed another woman to stop her backing away, touching her bottom.
Magistrates called the assaults 'disgusting' and handed Yeardsley a six month custodial sentence, suspended for two years.
He's also been ordered to pay £800 compensation to the victims, both of whom he knew.
