Some cabbies 'demanding pay cuts'
It's been claimed that taxis drivers are getting 'embarrassed' by mandatory fare increases on bank holidays.
The standard tariff for private hire taxis automatically changes at certain times of day, and during public holidays.
For some cabs, that can work out as an increase of up to 50%.
It's led some drivers to demand an end to the pricing structure.
