DESC and NASUWT to meet this week as dispute over pay escalates
A teacher is offering free Zoom lessons to Manx students whose learning has been disrupted by ongoing industrial action by a teaching union.
Members of the NASUWT, who have already escalated actions short of strike, have now voted in favour of striking in a dispute over pay and working conditions.
Current action has already seen some high schools ask year groups to work from home as they don't have enough staff to safely manage break times.
