The Education Minister has told colleagues figures about morale in Manx schools speak for themselves.
It's after questions were raised over claims from a teaching union that 80% of Island members had faced abuse outside the classroom.
Graham Cregeen has accused the NASUWT of fabricating 'a crisis for their own benefit'.
Other unions, including the NUT, have sided with Mr Cregeen in downplaying the concerns.
